What is Well-Being and Relationship Coaching?

Well being coaching is centered on a client’s (group/individual) mental, physical and spiritual health.  The process includes looking at balance, connection, creativity and problem solving. 

Together the coach and client work on a plan to create deeper and healthier connections to: self, loved ones, co-workers, greater community and nature (relationships!). 

This plan is a process that includes: identifying strengths, challenges (limiting beliefs); building support networks, healthy habits, honest communication and clear boundaries; identifying short term goals/dreams as well as overarching goals/dreams, and finally, co-creating a path to accountability and achievement of those goals and dreams.

This, in its entirety, creates well-being.
